SPZL continues its excavation of the adidas archives, highlighting, reworking and resurfacing the unsung heroes of the back catalogue. The Handball Cup SPZL celebrates the evolution of one of adidas’ most iconic silhouettes, exploring the different versions released under different licences and countries across its five decades of history. This pair is defined by new elements: the swooping collar overlay with red piping (borrowed from the Handball Top, a personal favourite of Aspden), and a shorter, shallower toe box. The Three Stripes, Spezial style.
