adidas and Craig Green partner for the second time this season, combining the German label’s sporting prowess with the British designer’s fascination with all things anatomy. The collection, comprised of two models each in three colourways, is all about “experimenting with elements of the past to create new forms”. It’s immediately clear with this dark red Graddfa AKH. The distinctive Kamanda sole unit is used once again, only this time it covers the upper, too, creating a new skin akin to that of a reptile. Subtle, yet still there, signature Three Stripes on the sidewall and a co-branded design on the tongue pay tribute to the terrace culture that’s long been at the core of adidas’ aesthetic.
