Following on from numerous collaborations with Air Jordan since the initial collab launch in 2018, Union LA’s Chris Gibbs now brings Bephies Beauty Supply’s Beth Birkett into the fold, as part of the “Summer 96” project, nodding to the year the pair fell in love. As part of the two-pack release, this take on the Air Jordan 1 High OG opts for an intriguing neutral nod - as white leather uppers provide the base for the unique woven sidewall design, borrowed from Nike’s previous Air Footscape Woven. Intricate teal and yellow stitching then details all-over, and while the all-important Swoosh is kept neutral to contrast, it’s still just as iconic as ever.
