The sporty sneaker takes a step into Bahnsen’s feminine universe, where it’s re-imagined, allowing intricate couture tooling and cut outs to work in harmony with technical expertise and become a wearable piece of art for the everyday. Pushing the boundaries of modern femininity and traditional silhouettes, the vamp is non-existent, instead replaced by an empty space for a floral strap and lacing, with the look of a bow tie. The hand drawn blooms continue in a glossy finish across the mesh uppers, creating a striking contrast between Cecilie Bahnsen and ASICS’s worlds.
