The 1980s was a pivotal decade, representing the era that hip-hop entered the wider world. It was also - the decade that the Terminator was born in, for both the iconic Nike model, and of course arguably the most talked about Arnold Schwarzenegger film of all time. The model represents a moment in history, when Georgetown University received the bespoke silhouette - a turning point which has led to numerous collaborations and renditions like this one. Continuing on the roll out of the Terminator re-release, this version isn’t too dissimilar to the original Georgetown colour - utilising the university’s palette, but swapping the black overlays to “Cocoa Snake” print at the toe cap, eye stays and heel. New but familiar, the signature colour-blocking remains with white leather dressing the base while the lettered heel, tongue label, lace and Swoosh remain in black. A creamy midsole sits beneath for a vintage feel.
