Throughout their long-running partnership, CLOT and Nike have never put together something quite like the CLOTEZ. The third and final colourway of the collaboration, the pair pays a subtle homage to the LA Dodgers, whose patriotic colors are present along the shoe’s two separate pieces. Representative of the L.A. culture, especially street culture and sports culture, the Cortez was first released in 1972, Nike’s first track shoe. Crafted with a smooth leather upper, the sneakers feature sporty tonal stitching and a matching mesh sock liner. Contrasting classic swooshes adorn the medial and lateral sides of the shoe, with the heel tabs in the same colour. Finished with a splash of colour on the classic treaded rubber outsole.
